My visit was fairly late on a week night, allowing for quick service and no problem getting a seat (there’s an upstairs section).
I tried a milk cake since I’d never had one before, but…a cold sponge saturated in milk isn’t my idea of a heavenly pudding. Not even the Biscoff sauce/crumbs could save it for my taste buds! The presentation was pleasing, though. There are other desserts on the menu- go for one of those.
The server was polite, but unfortunately (more so for my friend) the only toilet was out of order.
This Oreo ice cream is TRULY the best Oreo ice cream I ever tasted. I wanted to try it out of curiosity because of its colour and I was so surprised by how delicious it was!
I also took the vanilla milkshake and it was also very good.
Definitely a must!

We ordered a few dishes between us and they were all lovely.
The service was a bit slow to start with but even the manager got stuck in and it really picked up.
The cookie dough was really nice and so were the cheesecakes.
Prices are decent and desserts are worth the money.
Would definately go back and visit again.
1st time at Dolce Desserts, staff were welcoming and friendly. The food was FANTASTIC!! Highly recommend to anyone with a sweet tooth

Everything was just amazing, the customer service, the food and the prices. The lady was just so amazing and sweet! I loved it and would defo recommend!!!
First time at dolce ladypool road , I got a say one of the best waffles of tasted, and strawberry mojito tasted amazing and the customer service was amazing a big thank you to amina she was a great host. Deffinently coming back
Popped in here by chance with my neice.... it was quiet, we didn't mind that. The lady that served us was lovely. We both ordered something different and both would give the taste 10 out of 10. I took a pic of mine whitbwas the white choc cookie...mmmmm!
If this part of Birmingham was on my regular route I would definitely visit here at least once a week....

I had the most delightful experience trying Dolce Belgian Hot Chocolate! The rich and creamy taste was simply divine. Moreover, I want to extend my sincere thanks to Sogand and Zohra for their outstanding customer service. They made my visit truly enjoyable with their warm and friendly demeanor.
