The Kebab Shop

Ordered a few times now as the first time was ok but since then both orders have been not very good at all (mixed food orders of £25). Staff are polite but unfortunately the manager even tried to charge extra for sauce tubs for an order of over £20. He only included 2 sauce tubs lol. Unfortunately won't be ordering again.

One of worst takeaway I ever had in my whole life!! Give yourself a fvr and don't waste your time and money on them and eat from some where else, their customer service is crap and have no idea what customer service mean!!!!! Food is completely crap, expire stuff and fake logo for claiming it is award winner, when you asked about it the can't prove it,

This place was rated as top kebab shop in UK outside London. So I got a donner kebab there. The donner meat was just like 9 out of 10 kebab shops in Birmingham - very cheap and nearly 100% fat. The place looked poor as well. All I can say is, it seems like it is impossible to get a decent donner in this city. If you want an Ultimate donner, you need to go to Lale's restaurant in Eltham, London. This is the best donner in UK I have tried, it costs £5 for a small one but well worth it.

i have download the app to do an order online and i went there to collect it. on the order it was written that it was goign to be ready for 12:12, but when i came there in time it wasn't ready. They have not used fresh foods, I'm sure cause i ve seen them warming up the wrap in the microwave...the chicken was not so fresh as well.The person who was preparing the wrap he wasnt't carrying to be igienic in anyway, he was cooking the wrap with naked hands...the same hands he touched the till, phone and other things that are full of germs.. I have not feedback with one star cause, i don't why, the wrap taste was acceptable... but it's not really good anyway..

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY I went in ordered at lunch time around 4pm 2 fish and chips small One chicken wrap meal One chicken and chips It was horrible food had hair in it and there customer service is rubbish and they didnt put the wrap propley it was all a mess, the curry sauce was watery and the chicken was horrible looked like it been there for days and it was dry I feel really ill after eating from here DONT USE YOU WILL REGRET IT
