The staff here are so so lovely! I’ve been meaning to give them 5 stars for a while - I’m a regular as I work nearby and whenever I drop by for a drink or a cookie, they’re so helpful and lovely even if it’s been a long day, really make your day! So helpful, they go above and beyond! Oh, and the cookies are amazing too! 😁

Zhay served me today and was absolutely wonderful. I had stopped by to pick up a giant birthday cookie for my son's birthday the following day, and she took my order - even making suggestions for what could be included on the cookie. For a little boy that doesn't eat cake zhay has made my little one's birthday that extra bit more special! Thanks Zhay x

Ordered a cookie for collection for Valentines day and I cant be anymore pleased. The cookie looks and tastes amazing, really really fresh. Such a beautiful gift, well worth the money & will definitely be buying more of these for birthdays & occasions. Service was also amazing!

Emma and Chloe provided me a great experience at Millie’s cookies today, not only did they have a cookie available for a last minute plan that we had but they were able to adjust the cookie to the exact way and format that we wanted it! It was a truly pleasant experience, I will be reordering but only from this shop in bullring because it’s never been so quick and efficient. Loved it! Thank you for the small writing guys!

Today my partner and I decided super last moment we wanted to get a cookie pie from Millie’s cookies in the bull ring. Both staff members on shift today were amazing but a special shout out to Emma! Emma asked us what design we wanted and we asked her to surprise us and we got an amazing red Cookie Monster! You were absolutely lovely to speak to and made the whole process of getting our cookie pie super smooth. Such a pleasure! Thank you for your help Emma cannot wait to be back again

Millie's in Birmingham Bullring are a treat! I went looking for a personalised giant cookie for my anniversary and was greeted warmly and given great customer service.
I told them about a little running joke we had together and showed them a previous cookie we had done 9 years ago (Adventure Time fans might get it).
Needless to say, they did a great job and we can see the difference 9 years makes.
