Just returned to say the manager Tim gives the place a really welcoming and family feel.
His team is great as well but Tim brings something extra... Enjoying a brekkie at Costa. Such a friendly welcoming place. Thank you to Tim for recommending a warm Cinnamon bun! Top marks!

I have frequented many Costa Coffee shops in my time. The staff working at the Acocks Green branch, hats off to you. You are the happiest, most welcoming team I've experienced yet.
As usual, coffee is consistent with the rest of the Costa Coffee Shops. I really enjoyed my cup of black gold sat on the comfy seating.
Whatever you're doing to keep the team working with such enthusiasm, keep on doing it. We should bottle it up and prescribe it to the rest of businesses in the service sector. It would make the world a better place.

Beautifully clean, lovely atmosphere and welcoming friendly & helpful, but, best of all efficient staff. The owner is marvellous and somewhat like a maitre d' - you can almost believe you're home, snuggled up with one of the many delicious offerings to munch and slurp (obvs I don't slurp personally 🙃) in front of the fire, reading one of the many newspapers supplied daily - fabulous! If I could give more stars for this one, I absolutely would 🤓

Love this place! I used to enjoy my lunch break here regularly before moving away from the area. Dropped in today for a quick break and after 5 years of not visiting, the manager still remembered me - that is what you call great customer service! 😁
