Really happy with our visit to this branch whilst visiting Birmingham. Staff were absolutely fantastic and really good with the kids. Food was brought out pretty quickly and was spot on. Only let down by the fact the water machine and frozen yogurt machine were not working. Restaurant is kept clean and tidy and staff were attentive throughout the visit.

Absolutely top-notch service! We rocked up at the restaurant pretty late due to our delayed flight home, but luckily Nando’s was still kicking. The staff were proper considerate, offering us drinks when our bottomless glasses didn’t rock up straight after we ordered our nosh. Food was spot on as usual, making it our definite go-to joint near home.

Not so bad after all. Well on their way to redeeming themselves after a couple of poor experiences a few years back.
Choice is limited but the food, on my two most recent visits to two separate restaurants in Birmingham City centre, has been acceptable!
May think twice about stopping when I'm next walking past the door of a Nandos, of.an evening out.

This Nando’s is fantastic, Danny one of the most accommodating guy you’ll ever meet. The staff are brilliant well spoke & very polite..
The food always comes out fast so you won’t be waiting to long & it never disappointing.

Nice, decent Nando’s. Definitely the most spacious, cleanliness was good. Got my usual meal. Butterfly chicken, garlic bread and peri salted chips. Probably the first Nando’s for the food to be actually spicy all the way through. Helpful staff too. Might make this Nando’s my regular spot.

I’ve honestly never had service as good as this in a chain. The staff were so friendly and happy to help. The manager in particular was so accommodating even though all of us weren’t planning on eating food - just a great vibe for a classic Nando’s!

What a star! The name on the receipt was Danny, but honestly the team were working hard. A very busy Tuesday, I arrived 10 mins early for my order. Totally fine, I was just keen for some good food. Well, Danny and all the staff made me feel welcome, and attended to waiting for my order. Would definitely order from this Nando’s again😃

Fairly standard Nando's. Very busy being on Broad Street. Food was standard but still tasted good. Was a little disappointed with the portion size and lack of Peri-Salt. Always a big fan of Nando's though.

Your fairly standard Nandos.
As with most restaurants, seems to be moving towards less waiter interactions but the waiters do pop around to make sure everything is fine.

I come here with my children maybe twice a month for our takeaway days and I look forward to the experience and the food. I have never been disappointed. I would also love to give a big shout out to Danny who serves us almost all the time and looks after us, he’s just soo cheerful and happy, makes me and my children’s Nando’s experience even better.

When I used to go there in 2015, the service was very fast. They changed somethings for the better, but miss the old atmosphere. Its still amazing food wise and everything but before used to be more welcoming.

I had a fantastic experience at Nando's Broad Street! The Romanian manager stood out with exceptional service, making our visit truly enjoyable. His professionalism and friendliness deserve recognition; he undoubtedly deserves a raise. The entire staff created a welcoming atmosphere, and the overall dining experience exceeded my expectations.

This is one of six Nando’s within walking distance of each other in central Birmingham. This one and the new street one are both halal.
Haven’t eaten in here yet but I’ve got food delivered. Ordered a sunset burger and the juicy chicken thighs inside were cooked to perfection.
Food was delivered much quicker than I expected.
