Stereo typical chain coffee stop,
Cold coffee again at costa. Having to ask for a hot coffee is becoming the norm, the female manageress was anything but helpful, needs an attitude adjustment, will be trying Starbucks next door on next trip.

I ordered a latte with coffee on the side, normally other coffee shops either refuse to accept it or they treat me badly but here I felt welcomed. Definitely I recommend them to everyone

💕 As per usual. Never let down by Costa products and service. Large seating area. Really clean. Toilets clean too. visited on a Sunday morning, but still really clean and efficient

The place is cool, but the Wi-fi is terrible. Many students, researchers and business avoid this location due to terrible Wi-fi experience.

Really Can not fault the service, the atmosphere, the staff are always cheerful 😃
Every time we are on route to work we grab a coffee here or have a meeting here.
The staff are so welcoming. You are always able to grab a vegetarian / vegan option hot or cold meal snack.
There is always something in the fridge, we know we will get fed 👍🏻
Here there are only 2 members of staff working hard, good service amazing attitude. Constant customer flow this store needs recognition it’s always like this. Always happy to accommodate always.

the toast was nice. The coffee was much better than Costa in Malaysia. service was ok. Unlike in MY and SG, I was told the Barista at chained cafe like this won't draw latte art.

The shop is nice, bright and airy. It has nice decors throughout. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I even got a free cookie as the first one she gave me is broken which is quite nice. I had a wet cappuccino and it was as I want my coffee to be. I love the atmosphere of the shop a bit busy but with the right amount of buzz going.
