Really Can not fault the service, the atmosphere, the staff are always cheerful 😃
Every time we are on route to work we grab a coffee here or have a meeting here.
The staff are so welcoming. You are always able to grab a vegetarian / vegan option hot or cold meal snack.

The shop is nice, bright and airy. It has nice decors throughout. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I even got a free cookie as the first one she gave me is broken which is quite nice. I had a wet cappuccino and it was as I want my coffee to be. I love the atmosphere of the shop a bit busy but
the toast was nice. The coffee was much better than Costa in Malaysia. service was ok. Unlike in MY and SG, I was told the Barista at chained cafe like this won't draw latte art.

Great service, a great barista who had me in a fit of laughter, plenty of different drinks, and my favourite salted caramel frappe would highly recommend overall great atmosphere
LOVE going to Costa but for some reason I had poor mobile reception in this Costa and there didn't seem to be any WiFi available but I'm a bit of a technophobe so it might have been me! Unusual that the toilets are kept locked and you have to obtain the code to unlock them from the staff - hadn't co
I regularly use this Costa its convenient for shopping with plenty of parking never had a bad experience

A quiet coffee and sandwich to start the day, the Cafe is comfortable and the service staff friendly and welcoming.

This review is for the “Next” Costa, as the other one was shut. It was a refreshing change to be told 2 minutes to closing that the staff were willing to make drinks, the staff were helpful and polite, and didn’t make us feel like anything was too much trouble. The drinks were also very good.
