I wish I caught the name of our waitress because she was absolutely lovely, she had all the time in the world for us. Not rushed when ordering deserts & drinks. She was funny & welcoming. She made us both smile and we spoke about how great she was. I would say she was between the age of 40-45 but I may be wrong. We had an issue with our discounts on the app but she sorted it out very quickly for us. Truly an asset to your business.

Went for breakfast thismorning . It was really lovely. Cooked really well. Lovely and clean.staff was polite and helpful as my daughter as special needs and for the first time using her bank card and app she never understood what to do with the .app and the 2 staff helped her with the app. and never made her feel out of place .definitely be going ere again.

I Have to say the food was outstanding. Full with choices and Very delicious. We were served by Leanne who gave fantastic service. She was a attentive, polite and helpful. The best Toby Carvery me and my family have been to in a long while. Thank you for the great experience we shall be back and we will be telling others how great the service is there. Our server was ,lovely, very friendly and happy to assist us in whichever way she could. Food was very tasty with a good choice available and it was very hot and well cooked. Our only issue was the gravy pots were almost empty so we didn't get enough and there didn't seem to be anyone around the area to ask. I am sure it would have been refilled if asked. It was a very pleasant experience with good food and I would definitely be returning.

First time visiting the Toby C and staff were very pleasant especially Sam, she was always smiling happy and you can tell she really cares about her customers. I was there for lunch and ended up having three course meal and working a the same time she made the experience very warming, She went above and beyond and was so nice to have that service. They have got a new regular :).

Carvery could been been more presented well ... roast potatoes were mashed, sprouts over cooled & pasta texture was thick. Fizzy drinks were absolutely rubbish from counter also over bar counter, no fizz or flavour to drink got refund for those. Overall nice to go for a drink & chill out point, atmosphere was pleasant. & so was the staff.

First time I've been to The parson and clerk for ages. The food was the best I've had at a Toby in months. The lamb was cooked to perfection and the beef dripping potatoes and roast parsnips were just gorgeous. Our waitress, Donna, was fabulous. So friendly, fast and went out of her way to make us happy. This had always been my second favourite Toby but I can't see us going elsewhere in future. Just a wonderful experience all round. Thank you. PS: lamb shouldn't be a Sunday treat. Please put it on the everyday menu!

May I just say that today I had the privilege of ‘Donna’ looking after me and my family this afternoon for Sunday lunch! Not only was she pleasant, she was always smiling, chatty and basically a credit to the pub! Definitely coming back again and hopefully ‘Donna’ will be on shift that day also! Fantastic experience/meal! :-)

The choice of 5 meats was excellent, we chose lamb & beef which were cooked to perfection. The vegetables weren't at their best but edible. Overall the experience was good and would recommend the venue.

Carvery is always nice but now they've changed the pudding menu they're not very nice, had sticky toffee pudding and custard, the custard was fine but the sticky toffee pudding was just a cheap hard dry cup cake, disgusting. So no dessert in future 😕
