Holly, Jack, Karen, Ceejay, Abi, and Leonor (please forgive the spelling) have amazing customer service. These humans make me feel so welcome every time I come in. They are attentive, lovely and go out their way. They have a sense of humour and make me laugh at least once! Deserve a pay rise if you ask me!!

Always pop in here on the way back from Devon/Cornwall😎. Never had any issues with staff, always super polite and very helpful😁, coffee & the cakes always spot on👊, it's a place to relax n unwind with a great view out over the hills🌄 or even sit outside☀️. You defo need this pit stop b4 you hit the M5/M6 jct🤦😭🚙🚗🚛🛻🚙🚚🚛🚗

Very friendly and positive staff. I came to have break,shower and obviously coffee.Place was clean and very well looked after. Nice and polite staff who know how to treat customers. I wish everyone would have the same attitude. Good place to stop for a quick break. I will be gladly coming back when in the area. I can recommend it to fellow drivers. Thank you very much.
