The guys at Costa are the best Batista's ever. No matter how busy, happy , always ask how you are and make lovely patterns on my flat white, very talented. Thanks guys
Good coffee and selection of pastries and cakes at a reasonable price, I used my Costa reusable cup, so I was able to collect 2 coffe beans as opposed to the 1 bean, adding to a free drink. Staff were friendly and efficient in service. The restaurant was comfortable and clean. Definitely somewhere I would re visit when in Harbourn.
Lovely place to order light meals, coffee, frappes, desserts etc. Highly recommended. First class service with a smile and always a delight to visit...
My favourite coffee shop..have been visiting this store for some years..it was a joy to see Hamza back where he belongs 😁..he makes my day ..when he is serving.. my drink is ready before I ask for it he knows just how I like it ☺️..all the staff are lovely Hamza and Andrew 10/10 for service but if they go.. I go! 🤔...👍👌
Always love going in here on a weekly basis! Super friendly staff! Can be a bit busy during peak times around 11-12 but there’s plenty of tables 🥰
I rarely go to this Costa in Harborne. In fact my 2022 visit was my first time back in almost three years. O2 WiFi has long since been replaced by Costa's own WiFi, but was unable to connect to it (and mobile data connection was a bit patchy). Still a large and spacious store. Bus stop outside for the 23, 24, 76 (and other routes). The same usual toastie and coffee I have at other Costa's.
This has been a regular spot over the years for me and mom, and if I'd written this earlier it would've been lower. Tables dirty, and stacked with dirty plates and mugs, bit dirty and in need of TLC which can still be said to a degree. But good proactive friendly staff go a long way! It's customer service after all... But was very happy to see Hamza back, lovely guy, very friendly and makes my moms day with a hug, smile, and chat, that's what's lacking in this industry today. Takes pride and looks after people and the place. Glad to have you back Hamza!
There was a constant infuriating prompt to control a service user with challenging behavior who was being addressed by the support worker, but an employee of the place was running low on patience because they were rigorously quite occupied and on a tight schedule with customers.
Went on Sunday lunchtime and there were not enough staff on to cope. The staff themselves were great: polite and friendly. Food and drinks up to the usual Costa standard.
Staff make this place. Always friendly and efficient, especially Andrew who appears to remember everyone and their drink
