Been a few times to the Erdington Costa. At the far end of the High Street. WiFi is fine here. In walking distance of the bus stops and closest railway station.

Very nice frindly staff a very good morning chat. They are very helpful and the drinks are nice had a terrys seasonal hot chocolate highly reccomend.

I don't normally use coffee shop outlets but find this particular site to be very friendly and unusually, caring. Today, whilst looking for a place to sit we noticed a vacant place but there was a hot coffee on the table and we started to look elsewhere. The lady at the counter called to us said it was fine to use as the person had suddenly upped and left. She said she tried to catch the person to offer to put the coffee in a takeaway container/cup. I thought 'not many people would bother to do that'. A very pleasant experience overall.

I don't often leave reviews, but today I have to - I come to this Costa at least once a week and the service has always been stellar, but today they went above and beyond.
Something was forgotten from my order (the first time this has happened) so I went back in to pick it up - not only did they apologise and give the missing item to me, they even gave me another one AND a free drink for the inconvenience.
The staff here have always been lovely! Can't recommend this particular branch highly enough.

This Costa is one of my favourites. The lighting is dim, warm and relaxing. The music isn't too loud and serves as nice background noise. The toilets are always clean and the staff are always friendly.
