There was a constant infuriating prompt to control a service user with challenging behavior who was being addressed by the support worker, but an employee of the place was running low on patience because they were rigorously quite occupied and on a tight schedule with customers.
Went on Sunday lunchtime and there were not enough staff on to cope. The staff themselves were great: polite and friendly. Food and drinks up to the usual Costa standard.

Met with a friend I haven't seen in many years. We were greeted by 2 very jolly members of staff who were extremely helpful. Perfect place for a catch up. Very enjoyable.
The Costa Coffee place in Harborne is amazingly great. Andrew served good two small glass mugs of latte and had a nice cherry bakewell. He was really nice and very kind when he asked am I eating in or taking out.
