One of the best lounges in Birmingham for a long time. Nice refurbishment and the customer service was really good. I ordered the naga and it was nice with mocktail. If only the prep room can do with a finish up then it would be even better than before.

I travel to Birmingham often and haven’t found a decent Shisha lounge…..until now. Real Al Fakher grape and mint, decent food and customer service on point. The staff constantly checked up on me to see if everything was good. Found my regular spot going forward. 👊🏽

Such a good vibe, best lamb chops I’ve ever had! From the hot drinks to the Mocktails everything was perfect! Will be here more often, best thing, music isn’t too loud. So you can actually have a conversation! Friendly staff too! And constant coal checks 😁

Shisha didn't come out satisfactory and they were quick to make sure it was sorted without a hassle. Sure enough they had sorted it out and manager also came back to check if everything was OK. Could not have asked for more. Adequate seating, reasonable prices.
