One of the best lounges in Birmingham for a long time. Nice refurbishment and the customer service was really good. I ordered the naga and it was nice with mocktail. If only the prep room can do with a finish up then it would be even better than before.

Mint tea was lovely with fresh mint leaves. Staff was nice, lady taking order was so sweet and helpful , she helped come up with a nice shisha flavour. Food came out fast, nicely presented, tasted banging. Got an ice pipe, frozen blueberry + raspberry pear drop shisha which was delicious. Price was great… a whole strip of parking outside. Nice clean decor. My new favorite spot when I’m in Birmingham!!

I travel to Birmingham often and haven’t found a decent Shisha lounge…..until now. Real Al Fakher grape and mint, decent food and customer service on point. The staff constantly checked up on me to see if everything was good. Found my regular spot going forward. 👊🏽
