Now we all know John Lewis delivers very good customer service. However I would like to point out exceptional customer service. Fiza ( hope I have the spelling correct ) who recently sold me a laptop and software was so helpful and knowledgeable. No hard sell, simply understanding the customer and meeting the need. I cannot thank her enough. John Lewis at its BEST.

Without a Doubt, the finest store on the high street. Customer service, is second to none. You set a precedence for every other shop out there. Remarkably competitive prices. Remember, if you buy something from them and they reduce it within 30 days of your purchase, they refund the difference. They did this for me on a coffee machine, it was the final day, so they gave me £30 refund. Just bought a wonderful dish for £8.00. 2 Denby espresso cups, reduced from £24.00 to £9.60. Amazing.

Very friendly staff in all deptmnts during my visit. Pleasantly surprised buy the in depth knowledge of staff in white goods section so purchased machine for family member. Management take note please,; you really need some seating in the household/ electrical appliances for those taking their time to discuss various aspects of kitchen requirements etc. I understand that is under consideration so I hope you follow through on it. A very good department store I have been to many times. The service is excellent and the staff have a good knowledge of the products being sold, which helps if you need advice. The cafe is also good with a selection of foods, cake and good coffee. Whatever they sell you can be sure the quality is good.
