I went for the food with my family and everything we ordered was 10/10. Best place ever. The service was 100/10, I got served by wajiha and the lady was absolutely helpful, kind and professional. Highly recommend this place to everyone to go and spend nice time with your family and loved ones.

Went for the iftar buffet. Very pleasantly surprised, cost only £14 per person, drinks included. Although there are not that many dishes, the dishes they had were really well made. The food was delicious, samosas and pakoras were fantastic, seekh kebabs were delicious, as was the biryani. Would definitely recommend for people to come down and try it out, perfect for iftar.

We came to this restaurant the other day for iftaar. As we were in the local area, we decided to try out.
It was buffet, good selection of food and snacks. The staff was friendly and helpful.
I do recommend this place for dinner etc.

I am very pleased to come to the restaurant today with my family to have some breakfast/ lunch. The experience was amazing, very nice food, the staff was really friendly. I have to say the peshwari naan, nihari, and paya was really tasty. The decor in the restaurant was beautiful, took some pics. I cant wait to come again

BEST GRILLED FOOD IN BIRMINGHAM! I was really impressed with the tawa, which offered a range of biryani, curries and grilled chicken and lamb. Perfect for a family dinner. The atmosphere is also suitable for family and children, which is supported by large seating areas allowing for conversation. Waiters were excellent and prompt with any additional needs. Also allowed us to bring our own cake and cut in the restaurant, additional cutlery, plates, and tissue were provided. Will visit again!

I visit here with my family regularly. Food is always fresh and tasty and presentation on point. Staff always go out their way to give exceptional customer service. My family always choose the Tawa as it has something for everyone, great portion size, value for money and most importantly every piece is delicious! The pomegranate mocktail is my fave. Don't leave without trying their tea - its beautiful! I've also tried their breakfast - went down a treat, and again staff were attentive and gave excellent service! Hajee saab is ever so lovely, I would definitely recommend Chaska and Chaii!

We went to Chaska and chaii today for lunch. We had chicken saag karahi and lamb karahi, the food was delicious we really enjoyed it and kids. so have to rate them on that.
But have got to say the service and wait was absolutely dreadful and the staff were so un-attentive and slow. Had to repeatedly call them and ask them how long the wait would be. we went at 1.30 and our order wasn't taken till around 2.15 and then food arrived just around 3ish that to as i nagged and asked for it to be quick.
Service and wait time is very bad and there is no structure in place. The atmosphere was lovely but it was extremely busy.
Husband wanted Puri and chole but by the time we was served they had stopped serving it as apparently after 1.30 they don't do puri chole.

Nice restaurant and very helping staff.
Plenty of variety of food.
Tawa grill was quite good. Chicken Karachi in Tawa hadn’t enough gravy snd when pointed out staff brought a quite big portion of gravy, we were really pleased.
Orange juice was fresh.
Loves the payas and the naan. Portion were sufficient.
Free parking isn’t readily available but there’s pay and display parking on lady pool road, just walking distance away.
Prices were reasonable too
