Went for dessert after a long day out with the kids, ordered 2 cookie doughs, which did not arrive, asked after half an hour and was told the kitchen did not put it through? Eventhough I placed the order and paid online. Person serving was very sweet though and offered 2 free desserts to take out. S
I really enjoyed my visit to Pizza Hut in Birmingham Bullring. It’s honestly probably been about 13 years since I last ate at a Pizza Hut restaurant, there doesn’t seem to be as many around as there used to be.

Was lovely lunch. Staff didnt seem to pleased to be there. And i dont understand why its a big issue if you dont want to order on the app. Surely its putting servers out of a job. Food was good though. And deals was good too
A good place for Pizza, service was reasonably quick, however there was a que going in when we arrived, not Pizza Huts fault of course, but worth mentioning. Food is well priced and portion size is very fair. Toilets are available, but could have been a bit cleaner and a bit fresher in my opinion.
For a busy Saturday they were pretty good. We spent about an hour in here and ordering as well as getting food was all in good time. The staff were friendly and the food was good to so never a bad thing especially on a Saturday.

The food was so tasty, great selection of pizzas and salad. I also tried the pasta and it was nice and hot too. Very warm welcome and the pizza was so yummy.

Greeted at the door by lyndon with a friendly smile who took us to our seats. Laura ome of the best staff we where looked after by her, very friendly and approachable, she checked if everything was ok and went above and beyond even with us fussy customers.lynddon and laura delivered the best service
Pizza was absolutely delicious! Open salad bar and tap water for free. Staff very friendly and helpful! This Hut even serve gluten free crust and vegan cheese. I would definitely come back again!
Pizza too oily salad buffet had only lettuce, cherry tomatoes and onions (veggies) the rest was chips and unhealthy sauces
