Went for dessert after a long day out with the kids, ordered 2 cookie doughs, which did not arrive, asked after half an hour and was told the kitchen did not put it through? Eventhough I placed the order and paid online. Person serving was very sweet though and offered 2 free desserts to take out. Service is slow, but I really did enjoy my cookie dough as always, when it finally arrived👌🏽😍

I really enjoyed my visit to Pizza Hut in Birmingham Bullring. It’s honestly probably been about 13 years since I last ate at a Pizza Hut restaurant, there doesn’t seem to be as many around as there used to be.
We opted to avoid the buffet and ordered from the main menu instead. I can’t deny the cheesy bites pepperoni pizza was absolutely amazing, completely different to what you’d get from the takeaway Pizza Huts. Surprised to say it was of the better pizzas I’ve ever had. The salad bar was okay, not as good as the one at the harvester, but still a nice touch.
The calm vibe and comfortable seating also made for a pleasant dining experience. The hostess and servers were pleasant, and I see they’ve moved all service to their webapp, which I’m assuming is a move to reduce operational costs.
With that in mind, I must admit that the prices are astronomical for what you get. They seem to be operating a model where they almost expect you to have vouchers etc to bring the otherwise astronomical price down to something more reasonable. A sharer pizza (ie for 2 people) was £31.99! I have a blue light card (25% off food) and Pizza Hut gift cards are also currently on sale on Amazon at 20% off, which brought our total meal price (+2 drinks) down to £25.26, which I see as reasonable, but I feel bad for any tourists or people otherwise none-the-wise who are paying the full advertised price.
Nevertheless, if you're in the mood for some delicious pizza and don't mind the cost, and/or have vouchers/discounts on hand, it's definitely worth a visit.

The place can get very busy over the weekends, food is good and the prices are great too. Plenty of vegetarian options. Always a fan of the unlimited ice cream.

Came to Birmingham for the day shopping and decided to have lunch here. We didn’t have the buffet but ordered from the main menu. It was very busy but we where served quickly and the food was very nice. Only thing was due to the order not being processed properly my wife didn't receive her order with ours. Her pizza was free because of the error so no complaints.

Was lovely lunch. Staff didnt seem to pleased to be there. And i dont understand why its a big issue if you dont want to order on the app. Surely its putting servers out of a job. Food was good though. And deals was good too

A good place for Pizza, service was reasonably quick, however there was a que going in when we arrived, not Pizza Huts fault of course, but worth mentioning. Food is well priced and portion size is very fair. Toilets are available, but could have been a bit cleaner and a bit fresher in my opinion.

For a busy Saturday they were pretty good. We spent about an hour in here and ordering as well as getting food was all in good time. The staff were friendly and the food was good to so never a bad thing especially on a Saturday.
The only reason for the 4 stars is I am definitely a "I prefer the cold" kind of person and you will definitely feel the heat inside but other than that was a good lunch break.
I didn't get a picture of my pizza so here's a picture of my toy I got from a local gaming convention.

The food was so tasty, great selection of pizzas and salad. I also tried the pasta and it was nice and hot too. Very warm welcome and the pizza was so yummy.

This particular outlet of Pizza Hut is located on the ground floor of Bullring, opposite to Nando's. it is very bussy on Weekends but neutral during weekends. I tried out their buffet for £6.99 which included salads, pasta, drinks, pizzas & garlic bread sticks. Everything was very Great except pasta.

I came to Pizza Hut at 8 pm on a weekday and specifically asked for speedy service as I had a train to catch from New Street station in 50 minutes. One would think this is sufficient time for a fast food meal. But I was gravely disappointed. There was no visible effort taken to speed up my extremely simple order. In fact, the server who took my order vanished every time I tried to summon him. 35 minutes later, obviously frantic about missing my train (which was the last to my destination) I asked for the food to be put in a box so I could take it away. The bill however arrived immediately after that, and my food arrived NOT in a box. Another 5 minutes were wasted, waiting for a box and I had to run to catch my train. Poor service on the part of this Pizza Hut outlet. Thank God the pizza tasted good.
