The vegan steak is to die for and the staff are always very friendly

Ive been there plenty times but honestly sometimes been served in nice and nasty way. Last time was on this Saturday morning and lady(I think her name was Kay,couldn't remember or maybe kayley)has made my sandwich very good. She was patience and listen to my concerns and made it perfect. Thumbs up for her.
But I do rememeber another time, another lady served me in nasty way. Even Ive paid the full price but her treats were like I asked for free food...I can remember her face, since then whenever she's there I didn't go and won't. Anyway I'm still wondering shall I stop going there or keep going. Just because of last service, I've gave 5starts

Every things was fresh and teasty , profetional and friendly behavioer, I went there at 10 clock for order thank you guys.
A little small considering the foot traffic that enters, great value food and tastes great. Often long queues around lunchtime and only 4 seats are available making it impossible to eat inside.

Place was nice and clean, staff were friendly.
The only downsize was prices for half of the sandwich was a bit ridiculous.
