Thank you to Kaiser at the tills. Polite and very helpful whilst it was a very busy Saturday. Showed me how to use the H&M app, advising me to connect to Wi-Fi. Also helped me use a £3 off voucher I didn't realise I had. Patience and good customer service goes a long way. Happy customer.
After a horrible experience at Zara, the girl who served us on the till was so lovely and kind! It redeemed our time in Birmingham for us. We didn’t catch her name, but she had dark hair and was working around 5pm yesterday on the tills. :)

Compared to other stores its really open and bright and a nice place to wander round and browse. Staff are always friendly and I've retured a few online orders here with no problems
