I had the pleasure of being assisted by Luke at the self-checkouts in H&M, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. Not only did he ensure that everything was tidy and well-stocked, but he also took the time to assist customers with any questions or issues they had.

Lovely, friendly staff as they always are when I go there, particularly at this branch. The staff I dealt with were quite young (I'm 60), they are a credit to their generation who unfairly get bad press.
