Kerry took my order and made me the drink chai latte with coconut milk. She was very bubbley and comforting and was very patient whilst i was struggling to make my order. Now normally it is very flavourless but kerry made it with perfection. Her service is amazing she treats customers in a joyouse way and really looks after her customers with a smile and abundance of joy.

Nice Costa, 200 yards from Snow Hill car park, very nice, friendly staff, super Almond croissant and aid course a large cappuccino, seating area at the back is bigger than you first expect, very clean and well kept. Drink was excellent.

It wasn't't busy when I arrived early Monday morning. Friendly staff. Quick service. Plenty of choice and plenty of seats around. Toilets are also available.

While visiting Birmingham from Canada in late May. Costa Coffee on Snow Hill became our afternoon coffee destination. The ladies there were super friendly, accommodating and customer focused every time we visited. A great team indeed! We sat both inside and outside and everything was great. A Costa Americano with cream accompanied by a slice of Walnut Carrot Cake became my addiction each afternoon for a week! When in the city centre, be sure to visit this location.....you will be glad you did!

The Supervisor Christina was brilliant. The otter staff member had mistakenly used my free drink option when I had specifically asked them not do so. The staff was struggling to cancel it and charge me the correct price. Rather than continuing to make me wait, Christina stepped in and waived the charges and gave me a complimentary drink. I found this a very professional approach and good prompt decision making which protects and enhances a company's reputationif valuing and putting the customer first. Something I expect my own staff to do. Well done to her and thank you for employing such competent sensible people

Came in as usual for a quick coffee whilst I head off to Uni, honestly staff are lovely and kind. The app for me wasn’t working today for the free drink promotion either with data or WiFi on. But they did me a drink on the house as I was in a rush which is really appreciative.

Excellent service. Went in for the first time today to meet up with a friend. The staff were very patient with me which put me at ease. After being hit with Covid a couple of months ago still struggling, couldn't carry the tray to where we were sitting, the server cold see there was a problem and took it to where I was sitting. Thank you for for helping. There is a good amount of seating there, with plenty downstairs, great place to meet up to chat.
