Came here 19/8/19, must say the cheese beefburger is back to its former glory. It has that nice juicey chargrilled taste again. Tinseltown... all is forgiven.
Love shakes and the sundaes and the steak as well..a bit too expensive though..
Great place to eat with family or friends. Great seatings. Excellent service and well looked after. Food is bit pricy, but not full 10 out of 10 marks on the taste or flavour would give a solid 7.
Never been here before the service was great very friendly and helpful with the menu. I enjoyed the meal looking forward to trying something else
Had a lovely meal here again yesterday! We were seated straight away, the staff were very attentive&friendly which is why we decided to tip. The milkshakes 10/10, the wings 10/10 and my main was also😍the portions are very filling for the prices you pay. The toilets were clean, we didn’t have any issues at Tinseltown. We will be returning again next month. Thank you!

Nice place to come and have dessert, however they are very busy it seems as some items are removed for the menu as some fruits are out of stock. So you end up having to get other options, and it's mainly items that are not very good that are left on the menu. What others don't want basically. The waiting time was very long, food comes out at different times at different pace. The waffle which I had was OK wasn't a jaw dropper or make your mouth water for more. I liked it, but they do have some issues. Hopefully next visit it is better.
this place must be changing the staff every now and then because sometimes the food and service is excellent and then sometimes its terrible. I reallly like their burgers and chicken strips, not many places in birmingham do it like them which makes me come back to this place. The decor is so cheap and just ugly, i think if they switched it up with a few minor changes (and a different colour scheme) it could look infinitely better.
A great burger place and I have been here numerous times. Perfect for families and kids. They have a range of options. Their food has never disappointed me. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.
Food is extraordinary as usual, especially the piri crunch, the beef cheeseburger & hot dogs. Wings, waffles and milkshakes are out of this world. However, in my last uber eat order, a mistake happened and the way the team reacted has really touched my heart. I have never seen such a thing. Not only have they included freebies and a free double Ferrero milkshake, they sent a hand written note and that has never happened to me before. Their politeness, courtesy and etiquette is beyond description.
I have eaten here twice now with friends and family . On both ocasion we had kids with us . The staff are just amazing and very accommodating. They serve really quality food in a lovely surrounding, it is really comfortable and relaxing . The burger it the best I have ever tasted . The restaurant manager is a really friendly guy and made a point of coming over to chat with us and the children . Thanks to the whole team at Tinseltwon forn lookig after us so well ! See yo soon!!!
