Top lounge, top shisha, very friendly staff! Customer service on point, always have someone walking around asking if everything's okay. Great shisha made my Wassi and ayman �� keep it up boys.

Top tier place to go in Birmingham!! Great atmosphere, amazing decor… excellent service and hospitality. Besides the top class Shisha they offer, The food is 10/10 as well as their mocktails ( I recommend all). They also do the best karak chaii you’ll find!! Immaculate vibes inside from the music all the way down to the design… THEY HAVE SUPERCARS ON SHOW FOR DECORATION ! Not your average lounge!!!!

Words can’t do this place justice, such a beautiful lounge in the heart of Birmingham. As soon as you come up then stairs it’s like your transported into a different world. The shisha is 10/10 so smooth and flavoursome. The staff go above and beyond to meet all your needs which is very rare and the desserts and mocktails are delicious too! Best vibes and lounge hands down in Birmingham.
Best hookah I ever had in England. Didn’t expect it to be that good and long lasting. Price is on the high end for sure but you also get quality and it lasted longer than we stayed. Food is good too.

Food is amazing the chicken steak, cooked to perfection, the loaded fries is served with nacho cheese which was yummy, the smash burger was delicious. The place was very nice and cosy, could chill there for hours with friends/partners they play good music, and serve some amazing shisha, the emperors special is very nice.
Service is always 10/10 and they serve some amazing mojitos and desserts.
Great night at Emperors as always, staff definitely are some of the best in Birmingham shisha lounge scene. They have my loyalty and respect! 10/10.
