Harvester The Fort

This is quite a small restaurant for a Harvesters. There was a delay in getting our salad bowls because of an allergy in our group. Apart from that, the food was good, and we didnt wait too long for our meal. A solid 4 out of 5 for me.

Kat and Carlene were amazing service women and I loved how they especially took their time out to engage with my 6yr old son; it’s most likely part of their job training but it didn’t look forced and looked very natural. Lovely experience with them However , I haven’t been to Harvester in a while and was surprised that they had removed the Cod and chips and it replaced with haddock. It wasn’t bad but I do miss their cod but I can understand this was more a financial decision . Never the less, id come back :)

Great service from Kat she was very welcoming and chatting and had a very good sense of humour. Being 2 ladies that met up for a lunch and catch up after not seeing each other for a few months, us ladies can chat... There was no rush for us to order as we was busy chatting away. Food was lovely too great portions. Brilliant. Would definitely dine again. Kat is a lovely person to have at the front of house.
