The reviews are not doing this place any justice. I went in well after closing time without realising and the girl was so nice that she offered to serve me anyway with a massive smile and sweet attitude. I got a meal with an absolutely massive burger ... I mean ginormous ... could feed a small family, but it was so good and tasty i wrestled it until I finished it and all that for 7.5£ ... wish I could rate more than 5*. Best burger I ever had !
Well, well, well....! Credit must be given where due. For a burger connoisseur, I was anxious to try a proper 100% Angus double cheese. My first visit. Pleasant, and professional and kind....good staff. 10minute wait.....but one can't rush freshly prepared food. Having just got home, I was shocked at the size and height of this one burger....at least 5" tall and sizzling hot, oozing cheese and garnished with a hot Caribbean sauce. Now the taste factor.
10/10... pure Angus cooked just right. Juicy, tender and pure. I struggled to finish it due to the size of the thing....but, my, my, what a perfect delight. The way a burger should be cooked. Well-done guys!!!!!!!
MacDonald's and Burger King please send Ur chefs over to Cakes and Shakes to maybe learn a few things.
Finally, price was unbelievable.....£6 for a meal......and I tell you, you'll know you've had a meal once u try this Double Angus cheese burger. Bravo. Wish you all the success u deserve.
people who serve are always friendly always play my favourite vintage music kinder bueno milkshakes are my life store holds lots of my favourire memories but cake and shakes has been closed for a few days and im literly crying because i think its shut down
Very friendly and helpful staff. Even went the extra mile to help rectify a mistake. Plus great food what more could you want.
