Nice chaiwala very clean compared to other ones I've visited, especially compared to the one on soho road. Also this one serves some meat dishes which is great.
Friendly and warm decor as well as staff.
Food was very good portion were abit small. Quick QR code ordering.

We went as a family and there was adequate seating for me, my wife and my two little ones.
I ordered 3 desi breakfasts with 1 dish each but due to the server mumbling the breakfast options and a misunderstanding, I inadvertently ordered 3 dish breakfast!
But I can't complain about the food because the food was very tasty, the tea as always was banging.
Just wish the server spoke a little louder.
We ended up taking extra food home and I paid slightly more than I would have, had I been given the normal breakfast.
Overall would definitely recommend.
Amazing experience with family. Customizing our order as per our need was so easy thanks to @Ayesha@ on till. I even got a free cup of Milk for my kid.
Oh wow their pink tea is amazing with almonds and pistachios service was a bit slow but only a single server was working I'll defo be back for more pink 💗 💕 tea loved it!

So this place was nice. Staff are friendly place is clean they have toilets and they do NHS discount but
The music is so loud you have to shout to the person sitting next to you and they have to go cups even though we requested to drink in.
Now that being said I will go here again their pink chia (Kashmiri tea) is proper nice but leave the last bit other wise will get end all the bits as the bottom and feels a bit gritty.
I do recommend going here and I look forward to seeing how other branches do.

Had great customer service from Sumaya. Was very patient with me as I took ages figuring out what I wanted to order😂. Food was nice and I absolutely love the karak chai. Thank you very much to the chef and Sumaya for her brilliant service. Looking forward to my next visit.
Came in today with my family for the first time. Was served by two amazing cashiers Abu and Aliyah who recommended me the desi breakfast with all 3 sides. They were so welcoming and polite and helped me decide what to get as well as giving me a tester of the chaiwalla specialty, karak chai which I must admit was 💯. Loved the food and service 👍🏼
I had a desi breakfast with a Karak chai and what made the experience was the customer service I received from Ayesha. She was very patient with me as I can be a little indecisive at times 😅. She asked if I could leave a review and I kindly said yes as she was so sweet and gave me the best customer service. The tea was nice and freshly hot and the breakfast was just the right temp. If you see this ayesha , thank you very much would visit again.
