Had a reason to chat to manager ( Louise) this morning regarding the scooters,are being left unplugged and not charged. She was a breath of fresh air she actually listened and was very approachable ,very professional and friendly.
Also Tracy and Kerry who are always on hand to help out.
That's the reason for the five stars
A very good and easy place to go shopping. Well laid out and items easy to find. Very good service and quick check out. Will definitely be going there again soon.
A nice place to shop and get groceries, with good selections everywhere. Has a cultural aisle, bakery,Express food,Argos and Timpsons on site. Only thing I'd suggest is mobility scooter accessible self serve checkouts.
This store was particularly busy due to Christmas shopping but shelves were pretty much stocked well in all areas. Staff were very helpful with queries and queuing to a minimum. Overall experience was fine and pretty smooth.
Deliveries are on time and drivers are very polite and helpful. Only 1 small criticism...it would help if we were informed of oos items at time of delivery.
Great prices and very cheap. They have so much to choose from. Staff very friendly. Merry Christmas to you all and thank you for your hard work
Good store location, helpful staff, located on the ground floor easy access from the carpark for everyone.
Expensive compared to other retailers however great range of products available for selection.
Always do my shopping here. The only problem is getting in & out. It's a nightmare if you get caught in back to back traffic.
Convenient location for Northfield community, free parking , self service payment combined all basket, trolley, smart scan customers, which is quite different from other Sainsbury stores
Wifi is now in place inside the store. This is very enterprising. Before the moment you entered the store,no network reception. Keep it up management 👏
