Well I never, another Macdonalds in Birmingham smashing it with a 5 star review. Food was well cooked, form was decent (though it collapsed in my hand a little due to the weight of the patties) and Debbie was very helpful and friendly. Made us all enjoy our experience muchly.
24X7 open, with both dine in & drive options, with good place to park & sit. Its location is also very suitable for both : Going OUT or Coming In to Birmingham. Food is as per standard of MCD.
Staff were visible and efficient with clearing up, tables were very clean
Toilets are OK too - an acceptable standard of cleanliness.
Food was hot and the fries tasted fresh (not hot in some locations!)
Overall 8 out of 10 - I would recommend this McDonald's compared to 6 others in Birmingham.
Lots if parking available & felt safe with children in here.
Can't say much about this McDonald's. I've only been through the drive thru. Ordered a milkshake. There were about 2 to 3 cars before me. Waiting time in total until I got my shake was about 7/8 minutes. The short interaction with the staff was pleasant.
Awkward car park layout, but plenty of spaces available. Entry doors located at the opposite end of building to car park, as side door wasn't operational.
Vegabond inside restaurant harassing people at the self service for some food, and drink. Staff did nothing but stand at a distance and watch them.
Rather a strange set up if I'm honest. I'm used to entering a McDonald's and seeing a counter with staff and machines on display. None of this here. An open hatch like an old school dinner kitchen with one till which was unmanned. The member of the McDonald's was a bit abrupt. Service was fast, food was good but the young lady who served me looked as if I'd asked for gold dust rather than mayonnaise which apparently they don't do. She even stood reading to me off the back of a packet when I asked if she knew whether the balsamic vinegar contained any barley which is in normal vinegar which should be highlighted on the packet

Decent atmosphere, I really liked the apple pie. There was an over-friendly lady who seemed kinda fake, but I can't really take away stars for that, at least they make an effort. My one problem is that the tables usually have crumbs on them from the previous people there, and the floor under can have some stuff too. Other than that, everything else is quite reasonable and generally clean floors and nice food. It was quick service too. As MacDonalds go, this one was on the higher end of the Macdonald's spectrum
A bit of a queue. The food was good but I got 2 items on my orders incorrect and couldn't do much because it was a drive-through. Order accurate on the 2nd visit 🙂
Called in as early for hospital appointment had a drink and food the staff were really friendly and helpful loved it will definitely call there again
Its a macdonalds let's be honest uou know what you are getting from the second you pull in. Been here numerous times from drive through to eating in.
Paying cash nowadays seems to be a problem as the one member of staff wouldn't accept cash and they had to call another staff member!
All in all you order takes a reasonable amount of time to get your food. Due to the high volume of turnover food is always fresh and hot.
Restaurant is always very clean but my one gripe is the toilets. I understand the waterless is gd for environment in general but gd for the awful smell that always goes with them? Avoid them at all cost.
