Came to visit first time, order some wings, served by Amina. She gave me a such outstanding and friendly service. Smile was on her face. Such a polite / hard worker and humble girl. If I ever came back to this place I would come because of her service.

This KFC in Erdington Sutton New Road is simply the best in Birmingham. The food is beautifully done and tastes delicious. I have been to others KFC, but the food is terrible absolutely disgusting that you just want to throw it back in their faces, I would recommend KFC Erdington anytime.

On the day I visited the shop was very clean. Tables were clean and clear of customers' finished meals. It was a very hot day and we decided to eat in as the air conditioning was on and working well! Food it appeared were cooked to order no pro lemon as food was hit fresh and tasty. If I was in the area again I would definitely buy food from this branch of KFC
