Mr Gelato

Ordered on ubereats, i had a message off the delivery driver to say he put it on my door step which he hadn't. So i contacted him and told him that there was no food on my doorstep and he told me it was there. When actually he delivered it to a totally different address on a different road which I told him told him that there was no order on my door step and he put the phone down on me and havent heard from him since. I also contacted the shop to tell them what had happened and the lady that was on the phone also put the phone down. The people who work in this shop are rude& unprofessional and rubbish service. will never be ordering from this place again.

We have ordered food twice from this place - the exact same thing both times. The first time was absolutely perfect! The second time which was yesterday was absolutely foul. We asked to take off bananas and it comes with strawberries instead we got a load iof raspberries and when we called to sort it out the manager was inceredbily rude and they hadn’t put strawberries because they had ‘ran out. I will not be ordering from here again simply because they could’ve sorted it out yet it took 3 hours and they did not plus i paid £15 for two waffles. If I could post the pictures I would !!! Do not order from here unless you wanted to be very disappointed!

Would definitely not recommend buying desserts from Mr Gelatos on Bristol road!! I politely rang up to explain my dissatisfaction with my desserts as the cookie dough tasted raw and not all of the extra toppings I paid extra for were there. Instead I received verbal abuse from the so called manager who called me a liar and stated that he had cctv to prove the toppings were put on like he has stated in many responses to reviews however failed to show! The manager then hung up on me which was extremely obnoxious and unprofessional. I then looked at their previous reviews to discover the manager responding to his own customers once again in this disgustingly rude manner calling them “liars” and “coward pigs” who give “fake” reviews showing once more this establishment doesn’t deal at all well with constructive criticism. Not only this but one customer had complained of sickness after visiting this desert shop and received a response claiming the sickness must have been down to their pregnancy which the manager had observed and used against them very arrogantly. Very disappointing and shocking to say the least!😕

I ordered from them for the first time today, it we also be my last!! I ordered a bubblegum sundae, Ferrero Roche sundae and a oreo milkshake everything was tasteless and just screamed cheap also delivery took forever. Do yourself a favour AVOID!! Before you say I'm not genuine my mrs made the order!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE DISGUSTING!!!! Ordered chocolate concrete and custard, it tasted out of date and old and it caused me to be sick and no I didn’t even eat all of it I couldn’t it was vile, the man was rude got told it was made fresh then got told it was made 4 days ago!!, He didn’t want to do anything about he he didn’t care and put the phone down.
