A very calm place to grab a seat Smoke sheesha and relax with a nice cold drink on a break. Nice lit up atmosphere with abit of playlist. Positive what else can you ask for 👍🏼

I honestly can’t say what the issues was but this place was empty with only one guest at my arrival. It seemed too quiet for a Friday night. Above all the shisha was great, I didn’t get any alcoholic cocktails but there was option to bring your drink in and I thought that was nice really. The ambiance is really cozy and mood and chilled really. Staff service was a 6/10.

This venue is very nicely presented with great service from the moment of entry to leaving. Tried the shisha and for a none smoking person I can say it was worthwhile. The chicken wings were huge and nice as well. The sound of the wet Waterfall wall and the music is somewhat different and pleasing. I recommend you try.

We go to this amazing place all the time. Staff is always friendly, helpful and respectful. Never had any issues or concerns as service has always been amazing. Love the private booths and today we were lucky to get the VIP booth which was amazing. The place has got a great vibe so you can just relax and enjoy the sheesha.

This place looks amazing unfortunately we went on a dead night, still friendly staff great ice shisha and tasty mocktails. Love the private booths etc the place looks like its got a great vibe nice big space abit out of the way but we even had a friendly local who dropped us all of to our hotel.

best shisha in town. great atmosphere with lovely food and best customer service. Sham always look after us with big smile. Andreea is a best host in reception. their coal change service is better than any other lounges in Birmingham. authentic flavors and good music. highly recommended.

Beautiful decor, great customer service, absolutely amazing food; cannot fault it at all and will definitely be returning very soon. We had the king prawn puree, lamb biryani and tropical tawa (chicken, lamb, prawns and king prawn). All food was all genuinely delicious - I highly recommend.
