This was my unwhich sandwich after waiting 45 minutes . The last 3 times I’ve ordered from them my food was not delivered for over an hour and I was never updated I had to call and just cancel my order. I’m annoyed and disgusted with this location.

Couple of things. The Spicy Italian sandwich is consistently put together so well, so enjoyable! Also, went through one day and had trouble with my debit card. The young man at the drive through was so discreet and understanding, almost whispering through the window. Thank you for caring!

Took soccer team to eat. The service was fast and food fresh. We have been to subway many times and Jimmy Johns speed of service is far beyond that of subway. The guys really enjoyed and asked if we could make JJ our go to place when traveling to games.

My teens food was perfect! The Young that assisted us was so friendly and professional. There was an issue with my food, My son showed him and he immediately took it seriously. I won’t say what it was and I also do not hold it against them because of how quickly it was resolved. I would still try that location again. It was my first time visiting Jimmy John’s since 2.11.21. I use to eat it 2-3 a week in Alabaster.

These guys love to slather the turkey sandwich with mayo, even if you specify '"no mayo." The first time it happened? Okay, an accident. Then it happened the next time, too.

Long story short. I've never ordered from here, thought I'd give it a try because my coworkers always order from here. Never again!
I just ordered a simple sandwich with ranch on the side. Told them where to go and what to do. I ordered it before my hour lunch. Didn't get it until AFTER my lunch was over. And it wasn't even left at my door and it was just on the floor. And I only know because my coworker found it and brought it to me.
Anyway before I submitted my order I saw how cheap it was and put a $3 tip (not a huge deal but the max they gave with the percentages was $1.88). After they didn't follow the instructions and left it on the floor I want my tip back because I gave it for my food to not be shoe chow.
I called and actually talked to the lady who brought my food. She ended up hanging up on me! I called back and got her again. She reluctantly seeming said that she would refund that money. And I'll be waiting for it back. I have no shame in calling back either!
Update: it seemed to be a mistake, I got my money back, and she apologized. I typed this before I tried the food but the food was actually very good. Hopefully my next experience is better. I may just order from them again. Still only 3 because she still hung up in my face.

Placed an order to be delivered between 11-11:15! My order was received by the store at 10:26. At 11 my order still showed “received at the store” at 11:15 same thing. Called to cancel my order and from my understanding the order hadn’t even been made at 11:15. Delivery located is 0.7 miles away from the store. What is “freaky fast”. Order canceled, missed my whole lunch break.
