Great food and service! The gentleman who was running the front and kitchen was killing it. The food was some of the best I’ve ever had at Zoe’s!

I usually love Zoe's. I placed my order online for pick up and I asked for no carmelized onions. It seems like that added extra onions and the chicken was extremely dry. When I called in apparently they were in a rush because the guy barely let me get out my concerns before he blurted out we will refund your order and hung up. I don't think I'll be back to that location.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. They close early on weekends (not their posted hours) and take online orders without turning off their system. They accepted my online order and $60 of my $ for me to drive thirty minutes round trip and end up with no food. Not even an apology or acknowledgement that they screwed up. When I called, the manager seemed flabbergasted that I expected my food for free (if I am going to drive all the way over there again after my first experience, at leave give me a free cookie for crying out loud). I have been a loyal Zoe’s customer for YEARs and this location has turned me off completely. Will never do business with this brand again.

I missed the memo that this was no longer a "fast casual" place to eat. After 30 minutes my sandwich and side salad was not ready. I tried to get the attention of someone to try and see if I could get my order changed Togo. I was not the only person being neglected. The phone was ringing and nobody was stoping to answer it. Who I assume was the manager kept going back to the kitchen to prepare orders they needed for a Togo order. There were plenty of people in the kitchen but only 2 people working the line. I left without my receiving my food simply because I could wait no longer. I know these are difficult times but after this experience I can not say for sure that I will be back, and I definitely can not recommend anyone visit at this time either.

Ordered chicken orzo soup and per usual NO CHICKEN. This must be a new thing to serve the soup with absolutely no meat.

The new turmeric rice is not good at all…I think that you guys need to go back to the old rice pilaf it taste much better. The rice is why myself mad my other family and friends would drive miles to get. Other than that everything else is great.

Terrible customer service. Employees are not attentive whatsoever. You'll get bare minimum service at best here. Go next door to taco mama or Panera instead. The service at this Zoes has no place when competing in this area. Don't support them.
