Chick-fil-a

I eat (ate) here alot because I work close by. Have ways been friendly that's why the four stars. If not for today, it would have been 5. It's likely I'll ever eat at Chic-fil-a again. I'm that disgusted. I bought a salad there today and it had a pretty large DRAGONFLY in it. Yes, that's right. Fortunately for me I was cutting it up and stirring it. I almost cut it in half🤮. I hadn't eating any. One refund and a card for a free meal later, I'm pretty sure I'm never going back.

Chickfila at a free standing location is amazing. We'll don't expect that in the Galleria Mall. You will be rushed and questioned about asking for sauces. When you order we don't know the menu, we don't work there. It may take us a few moments to review what we are going to pay for. I know the gentleman that took my order seemed to be more concerned about getting done as fast as possible as to hold the wall up and be on his cell phone. I have never had this at an actual franchise. Usually I love to go and enjoy meals with friends but next time at the mall it will be the honey chicken.

I was here a couple of days ago, waiting in line and guy walk past me and went to order cutting the line, The Chick Fil A worker took the order and when I told him him that he cut the line, He did not even responded, he did not even try to give an excuse or even a sorry. And when I told the co worker, even then he did not apologized

This is June 2, 2018. Understand one thing before reading our review here. Just because I'm in this wheelchair I don't ever expect any handouts free. We have money and don't need a free meal. We only want what we pay for. Most of you just settle for what food places dish out to you. Never thinking what you paid out for it and they know you'll never speak out and they make a killing off you. My wife and I was at this place today. Ordered a #3 meal and upped the fries to large. Knowing they'd charged more I told the help to make sure they filled the cup up to the top as it should be. Not half way as they do. She told me she'd see what we paid was done but she never told anybody anything at the window. When we got to a table and took everything out of the beg as always the cup of fries was half full. That #3 meal cost like hell as it was and to ask for a large and pay more you'd expect the cups to be at least to it's top. This whole company at all locations is a ripoff with the amount they charge their customers. That meal today was over $9.00 and didn't get but half what I paid for. Shame on Chick-Fli-A! We are going to stop being their sucker. Let all those other FOOLS keep sucking up to Chick-Fli-A. There's other chicken places than them. They are making a killing off of fools.
