Little Caesars

Went there today after I picked the kids up from school. I was told that I could only get a pizza if i orderd online. I said, why is that? She said because I'm the only one here. How would you know this before you got there??? I had left my phone at home dang!!! I didn't want it bad enough to go home and start over. Anyway went down the street to Domino's.

I purchased 3 pizzas from the Forestdale, AL store today. The dough tasted old, and for some reason the the meat tasted like it has barbeque sauce on it. Even though there are no pizzas on the menu with barbecue sauce. The pepperoni pizza was also on old dough and tasted rancid. The only things that were edible was the thin crust cheese pizza and the crazy bread

This place don’t deserve 1 star my pizza was burnt, hard, and disgusting. I will never order food here ever again, this place needs to be shut down and never reopen. I’m a Detroit native where Little Caesars was created and LC is one of the best top pizzas in the Motor City but this pizza here in Birmingham is shameful and taste like an overcooked hard card board box. This is pitiful 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

Ordered my food to be delivered and got it an hour late. It was the different variety of wings that they have, I ordered 3 different kinds and they were delivered by door dash and they didn’t even put them in a bag. You would think that with Covid being the way that it is they would try to secure your food to protect it but they didn’t bother. The food was cold. Of course they won’t even answer their phone

Parking lot sucks, or I just suck, my depth perception isn't the best and its super clustered.. waited a long time for my pizza but it was delicious!! Employees were awesome, although I asked for 2 marinara sauces and garlic sauce, I didn't mean charge me for 2 marinara, cheesy bread SHOULD come with at least one sauce... so that was urgh. Don't ask for sauces f that lol.

Employees have always been extremely nice. Pizza is always hot and fresh unlike most locations. I have 2 children that are normally with me, they love the cookies so I always have to make sure I get them cookies which I normally have to ask for but there's only been a very few times that I have had to ask at this location which I completely understand being they were extremely busy at the time normally they're asking me if it would be okay if my children have a pack of cookies. I love the fact they think about the children in the vehicle. IT'S A WONDERFUL LOCATION OVER ALL, MY FAVORITE!!!
