This location is never open for business past 11am everyday. I'm really not sure how they manage to operate at all. This location is likely to shut down in the foreseeable future. I wish I could threaten to take my business elsewhere but it's obvious they don't really want it. I guess I'll go fight the Galleria traffic then.

Honestly not sure why I go back to this location except it is the closest one to my house for miles! I have ordered on the app 5 out of 6 days this week so I haven't even had to go to the register. Only 1 of the 5 days did a single employee speak to me yet Everyday they are talking, laughing, and carrying on...weekend plans, what they did last night, about customers on the drive thru....just poor customer service!!!!

The dining area was closed drive thru was packed forcing employees to pump out orders faster than normal causing substandard beverages. This place is normally on point but I guess labor and supply issues are to blame🙄
