Milo's Hamburgers

Went through the drive through, ordered a double cheese combo with Milo’s sauce and Ketchup. Receipt says it on there but there was no cheese on my burger and I didn’t get the ketchup either. Also, the window staff is indifferent to customer service. I said “thank you” and all I got was a look. The burger was good despite not getting the cheese on the burger and the fries were fine too, again despite not getting the ketchup. It’s not a big deal, I know, however at 9.99 plus tax, I would have like to have gotten my order right.

I want to give a huge shout out to your employee Donnie! My experience yesterday was truly in my opinion customer service at the highest level! His friendly, energetic demeanor lifted my spirits! His attitude is the type that every business should covet and appreciate! He also does an outstanding job keeping the place clean!

Milo's is one of our favorite places to stop when passing through Birmingham. Their burgers have Milo's sauce on them which is kind of like a chili flavored sauce that has onions in it. It makes their burgers really yummy, but really messy! Fries here are crinkle cut and generally really good (sometimes a little too salty). The tea is always fresh and delicious.

The food (cheeseburger and fries) was fantastic! 4 stars because of the incredible backup in the drive through. Several people in front of me got out of line and left. I'm not sure what was going on but maybe they were training a new employee on that Saturday afternoon. I'm still glad I waited. It was worth it!

The crew at our Trussville, Al location is outstanding. They go above and beyond to make you feel like an appreciated customer. The team do not seem like they are working for Milos but as if they own the business and so they treat their customers that way. So are their customer and want you to be completely satisfied with their service. That along with great food is what makes my visits to our Trussville,Al. Milo 5 Star. Thank You Team

Went to get dinner for a family of 5 and I received my order then started eating I noticed the fries was a little to salty so I went back and ask if I could have another one but not add salt on it. The guy asked me why I wanted to get fries with no salt and I told him I'm feeding it to my 1 year old then he proceeded to tell me to bring the fries back so I did as he ask and he had a gentleman get the fries and threw them away in front of all the customer, made me feel bad that I wanted him to exchange my fries to no salt. Needless to say I won't be coming back after tonight because he made me feel bad for asking a exchange also the guy making the fries understood completely
