Vocelli Pizza

The dining area was filthy. And we were ignored when we walked in. The guy behind the counter was on the phone. We stood there for about two minutes waiting for him to at least acknowledge our presence. We thought maybe we might sit down at a table and wait. Of the tables we found, each were dirty or looked like they hadn't been wiped clean. Paper napkins and a few unidentifiable objects littered the floor. We gave up and walked out. If their pizza is good, I'd suggest getting it to go, or if they offer delivery, go that route.

Didn’t even order, never going to. Few weeks ago decided to stop in to grab a menu since we live around the corner. The restaurant was completely empty. We said hello and we were not greeted back. Both employees we saw rolled their eyes at us upon entering…so we grabbed a menu and sat on the porch for a moment. Then the delivery driver, Jonny, pulled up and was super sweet! Leaving two starts instead of one just because of him.

They used to be really good. But lately, not so much. I place an order about 4pm for 6pm delivery, thinking they would give them ample flexibility. Based on my meal… It was barely warm and very dry. I expect it was made when ordered an left to sit until delivery time (about 2 hours). What I ordered, and what I got, were not the same AND charges were higher than advertised. I clicked thru their email ad to get the promo. Didn’t get it. Poor quality, poor value. That’s two strikes for Vocelli @ Greystone (didn’t post a review about the last one) One more…and they are “out”
