ordered via door dash, literally the WORST order I have ever gotten in my life from anywhere!! 2 Moe's Famous Queso Side $0.00 1 Guacamole Side $0.00 1 Homewrecker Bowl White Meat Chicken Cilantro Lime Rice Pico de gallo Shredded Cheese Shredded Lettuce Cilantro Pinto Beans Grilled Peppers and Onions Guacamole Inside Your Item Yes, I Want Free Chips and Salsa ABOVE is what was Ordered!! What I got was a bowl with some pico de gallo, a trace of shredded lettuce and cheese, a few and I mean a few pinto beans and 3 tiny pieces of chicken like maybe the chicken accidentally fell in there!! Some Chips 1 side of queso.... NO RICE. NO MEAT (not really) No beans, I mean the bottom of the bowl was BARELY covered and we all know, a homewrecker be it a burrito or a bowl generally too much to eat all at once!! WOW I love Moes I hadn't eaten Moes for a very long time sadly I don't know if I will ever go back.. Luckily Door Dash refunded most of my $ I didnt have time for re-order but how bad do you have to do your job to NOT put the MAIN INGREDIENTS in a bowl?? SERIOUSLY and they had stickers on the top as if to say YES I put this in!! SMH I did call, the girl on the phone was real nice and hopefully addressed this so others didn't end up with the lack of service I did. Chips I had chips with a trace of Queso for dinner.. tossed the bowl as ir wasnst even edible just a small layer of sog in the bottom of a bowl ... SMH

Website said order would be ready at 5:50pm I arrived at 5:47pm and was told my order wasn’t ready. At 6:40pm I was told they were still working on my order(just ordered a burrito). I asked for a refund and an employee told me they don’t do refunds so I asked to speak to a manager. Manager apologized and said she could give me a refund and printed out a receipt. It’s been four days and I haven’t got my money back. And after looking at the receipt I was given it’s just that a copy of my receipt nothing about a refund. That’s a horrible way to treat a customer.

This place has gone downhill badly and is being mismanaged. Dinnertime visit and there was no salsa, drink machine had no flavors, they were out of plastic knives, and dining area wasn't super clean either. Alabaster location is better in every way. Edit: went back today, they now close at 4pm! A Moes that isn't even open for dinner! I took off the 2nd star from my review. AVOID THIS LOCATION!

My son got a kids burrito and I got the full adult - yet the there was barely a noticeable difference in sIze and then half the chips tasted burnt and gross. Then could not get my Moe’s rewards. This location is way below the usual Moe’s experience. Corporate Moe’a really needs to come check this one out and address this one. Won’t ever eat at this location again. Love Moe’s but not welcome to Moe’s here again.

Stale chips. Chips that accidentally got coated in sugar vs salt. Items forgotten through order delivery. Not getting my order because you don’t have the receipt when I’m showing you the email on my phone and it should have been ready 10 minutes ago. This place has been on the decline. I love Moe’s. You guys are ruining it for me. Please get it together.
