Wendy's

The food at this location is ALWAYS cold. Unfortunately it’s the closest location to my job and every now and then I try to give them another shot and nothing changes. I could understand possibly if this was the case mid day but during lunch at 12 when the store is busy everything should be fresh. Management needs to do better. I won’t be back.

First off, they were rude on the drive-thru speaker, repeated back my order wrong, and once I corrected them, they just stopped mid-sentence and failed to repeat the rest of the order. They said, "Just pull around." When I got to the window and paid, the very rude manager asked me what I needed since I was still sitting at the window. I told her I needed the rest of my food. In a very rude tone, she goes, "The rest of your food?!" I told her I was missing my chili and the sauce for my nuggets. Instead, she blamed ME that I did not order chili and acted like it was a problem to hand me the sauce for the nuggets. My older son had to tell her, 'Yes, she did order chili'. I have never had such rude, unprofessional, ghetto service from a Wendy's before. I can guarantee you I will never go to that location ever again. The manager needs to be on the back lines because she is definitely not a people person. Not to mention, I had to ask for my receipt multiple times. They refused to give it to me. I guess so I wouldn't do this survey. Also, a good manager would have just given me the chili instead of bothering to run my card again. The whole experience was just horrible.

I've been to this Wendy's 3 times now, every single time they have been very short and rude with me. Both in the mornings and afternoons. They always seem like they're scrambling to figure out what's going on and who had what order. Overall unprofessional, however the food is ok. Would not recommend this location. They did not give me a receipt, and when I went to go retrieve one from inside both doors were locked, so I was unable to leave a review on their end.

I reached back out to them. I spoke with managent after work and she apologized and blamed first shift, instead of taking ownership as a whole company. I called corporate by the number on the back of the receipt she provided. Waited over an after being hung up on, before anyway answered... spoke with another lady with Corp that said, it will be investigated and once that was handled I would get a call from DM. No one contacted me AT ALL. Appeared to be hard plastic that was cooked with the Chili. Disgusting & I showed my co workers, it was Awful... I was sick from just trying to regurgitate what was hard in my throat. I cried and cried because it really scared me at the time (during my lunch). I felt sick after I realized what I was eating mixed in my Chili! Lost my appetite and NEVER been back! Still waiting on my call.

Worst experience ever!! Hamburger must have been sitting under a red light somewhere; it was not tasty at all. The fries look burnt but were cold and they had NO FROSTYS!! What Wendy’s runs out of Frosty in the afternoon?? I found a hair in my fries!! I am throwing this meal away! I will not be back and that’s a shame because this is so close to my house.
