Red Lobster

The food was pretty good. The service was OK, it was slow but I think our waitress was new and I know the service industries are suffering with staffing shortages. I think she was doing the best she could. I ordered the Bar Harbor Lobster Bake and after a long time of it not arriving, my waitress said that they had burned the muscles. She brought me the dish with a few muscles on it and explained that they were recooking the rest of the muscles but she wanted to go ahead and bring me something with everyone else's food (a welcome solution to the problem). Some time later, the she brought the rest of the muscles out in a bowl with what I assume was the sauce the meal was supposed to come with. The dish was much better once there was sauce on the noodles. The whole experience was sort of strange and it's hard to put into words exactly how. It felt very thrown together and unrehearsed. At the end of the day, I am appreciative of the folks that were willing to come to work in the current labor market. I definitely didn't get the experience I was expecting but we left full and the staff was friendly. That counts for something.

We celebrated my son’s birthday here and I could not have asked for better service! We had a huge party and the staff and management never seemed to miss a beat and they made my family and child feel like the VIP! This was a special birthday as my son had to spend it without his dad. The staff and management made sure that my son had an amazing dinner celebration despite his daddy not being able to be there. I just can’t express how amazing I think the staff and management is! They all deserve a huge pat on the back and I can’t wait to return with my husband when he gets back. He was also beyond thankful after I told him about our experience! If I could give more stars, I would!

That old saying applies,my eyes was bigger than my stomach. I took my wife here for her birthday. First time we went. The portions are big and we ended up getting to go bags. Our waitress was very professional. The manager and the wait staff sang happy birthday to my wife. Gave her a big piece of cake. I left a hefty tip. We will go back again.

It was my uncle's 84 Birthday and we decided to take him to Red lobster .He had a wonderful time .We all did. Thank you our waiter John H. He was so very nice and friendly he made us feel like a part of the Red lobster family. So when you go to Red lobster ask for John. He would have you laughing the whole time you're there .So thank you John ,for showing us such a great time. We will be coming back to see you soon the Parker family.
