When I requested a remake of my salad respectfully, the girl at the register laughed at me in my face. Then when she told the kitchen staff and the manager, they also laughed in my face. Forgot to include utensils and messed up orders. The staff is disrespectful even though I was treating them with respect.

This Panera is usually accurate in their orders and is fairly efficient, given the large population of students that they are serving. Historically, customer service has been decent, but I have recently encountered a couple workers who were snappy at best and outright rude at worst. It has been disappointing to see the quality of service go down over the past few months. I hope that this is taken into consideration and the workers are retrained on how to treat customers.

I have been coming to this location for a while now. I also get their breakfast items and they are delicious. I just hate the wait. So because of this reason I decided to download the panera app to do the rapid pick up. I thought my problems were over. The last two times I have tried to pick up my order at the specified time it has either not been there or incomplete. The point of this service is to save time and money but it is not working. Please fix this Panera.

I have been regularly going here recently (past couple of months) and would not recommend this place to anyone for the following reasons:
1) There have been many instances when they have messed up my order. My most recent order was too much salty that I could not eat. This has happened before as well. These days, there's not much rush at this place because students are out on summer holidays and still the staff can't take care of what they are responsible for. I even requested for a fork in the special instructions while placing my online order and didn't receive it.
2) I always order online and use Rapid Shelf for pickup. If you are trying to redeem a $1off or $2off reward on any drink, be prepared to stand in line to get your drink filled. I have contacted the customer care online regarding this and it's been more than a month, I never heard anything from this location. The online customer care told me two times that she has requested someone in the cafe to contact me regarding this but I never heard from anyone.
3) Based on my experience so far,they don't care about customers and hence I have stopped going this place. Never had any issues with any other restaurants around UAB.

A group from our church ordered box lunches to be delivered to our tour bus. Our driver did a great job of getting our lunch delivered despite the fact there was a huge parade and surrounding streets were jammed. She was very helpful and offered to help with set up. A big thank you to Her!! The box lunches were delicious and exactly as ordered. Thank you for helping make our trip a success.

Don't prepare food the way it should be prepared. They don't listen to customers order and just not good overall. The Summit Panera bread is the best in town. Will be traveling there instead.
