This location is poorly managed, if at all. Usually the staff is fairly friendly. I am a frequent of this location since I work in the hospital. Today one barista was sitting at a table talking to a friend, the working barista saw that there was a huge line backed up and asked if she would help. The sitting barista responded "not really" and kept doing her thing. Super unprofessional. There is no one maintaining the Starbucks atmosphere, I'm sure their franchise would love to know.

Great service every time! The staff is very friendly..plus they know me & my order each time without me telling them. Well..it also helps that I am a hospital employee so they may see me 3-4 days of the week..lol:)
