Im at the Dr with my hubby in BHM, and called and ask if they had the buffet because some KFCs don’t and the woman that answered said look it up online. I’ll never eat at this restaurant. Maybe they need to close it. People are just rude and don’t care about customers. The customers are who gets you paid for doing your job. Maybe learn some good customer service.

I went to this store after work on Saturday to get an 8 piece, chicken only bucket. I did not look inside the bucket until a couple of hours later. There were 4 thighs, 3 drumsticks, 1 side breast inside. Seriously! The last time I checked, a whole chicken consisted of 2 wings, 2 thighs,, 2 breasts, and 2 drumsticks. I paid $18.59 for a box of dark chicken. Ridiculous and insulting. I will not do it again. I am in this business so I understand that prices have skyrocketed post COVID but do the right thing.

My pregnant wife and myself, went to KFC and James waited on us. He was extremely attentive, courteous and just a pleasure to be around. He helped the new girl at the front counter with our order, made a few jokes and had it cooked and bagged in no time. I strongly suggest going here if you are looking for amazing services and great food. Thank you James!

Sharon at the drive thru has some of the worst customer service skills I have ever run in to in my life. When I asked her name so I could report her to the management she would not say and slammed the window shut. I can not believe that this is the type of behavior that KFC wants there employees to exhibit to the general public. Please address this before she damages your business any further.

Wish I could give zero stars. Just tried to go through the drive-through and order a famous bowl meal. The lady told me all they had was chicken and pot pies. I asked for further information as it is a chicken place. She no longer talked to me. Didn’t bother going to the drive-through window with that type of customer service!
