Zaxby's

Was in the drive thru at 4:20PM and received some of the worst service of my entire life. After being rushed to order, the order taker had a nasty attitude as if I was I inconveniencing her by placing my order. When I got to the window, the cashier had acrylic nails that were over 3 inches that curled downward. Having worked in the restaurant industry, The Jefferson county health department states that acrylic nails may be worn but that gloves have to be worn as well. I will be referring this to the health department for further investigation because this is a sanitation issue and food safety hazard and against the health code of Alabama. Update: After realizing the owners only respond to positive reviews, more action will be taken.

Found a large folded over sticker covered in hair under one of my chicken fingers in the chicken finger box. I normal wouldn't be bothered by a piece of hair because hair just gets places sometimes, but it was a lot of long hair stuck to a sticker that should've been in the trash, not my food. The actual food was good though and the staff were polite.

First of all they can never hear when they ask you for your order. We had to drive up to the Drive-thru and tell them our order. All ways with a bad attitude when I go! They Never give the orders right like what most people have said. And it’s True. And yet very bad CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This lady right here didn’t wanted to take my order this third time I went because I’m WHITE ! This place needs to shut down !! Worst Zaxby’s I’ve been too 😡

Arrived at 9:40p to be told they were “out of food”. I asked how that could be possible, and she said, “we are closed, and not making any more food.” I asked why they were closed during posted hours, and she refused to respond to me. This was the second time they’ve done this same thing to me over the past month, and the owner deserves to know about his employees stealing time(ie money).

What are trashy experience. An employee and his apparently ex girlfriend we’re having a literal fist fight in the dining area. Almost got hit trying to get away. They were signs that said “dining area open“ but as soon as we sat down an employee ran us off; apparently no dine in. Drink machine wasn’t mixing right. Food was OK. Overall, never been so disappointed in Zaxby’s in my life.
