The reason 1 star. I love green acres downtown and Ensley. I’ve visited this one on two separate occasions and both times my food didn’t taste fresh are seasoned like the cooking oil wasn’t fresh and also my fried green tomatoes was soft.

Family and friend workers are rude and disrespectful. Poor customer service, and reporting any problems doesn't help, when the so called person In charge manages like a 4 yr old. Will not go back or suggest to anyone to eat here. Sad part is, I really use to love this place. However the cost keep going up, but customer service, respect, quantity, and quality has been omitted.

I had to come home and fry my wings for 10 extra minutes. The wings are large and needed longer time to cook... so they were half done!

No seasoning on the chicken or fried tomatoes even after requesting extra seasoning. They drench the fries with ketchup like I'm fine with it lightly on there but who wants soggy fries just overall awful! The downtown Birmingham and the Ensley location is by far killing it!

The chicken was reheated in fryer.Dry ..spent 21$ for poor quality food. If you want some quick wings (Do Not Recommend this place. Just a waste of money. Dried out wings

Come here if you want Redrop food. Came here on a Wednesday evening. My experience wasn't great at all chicken was over season and redrop. Fries was redrop 🤷🏾♀️ how you redrop Fries 😡😡

Food was good hot and fresh, lady working window was super nice , guy delivered chicken to car was very friendly.

It's very important to make sure that y'all are changing out the grease. Certain foods such as fish should not be cooked in the grease with other foods.
