Today is 01/28/2022 and the time is 6:45pm.
I came to the store yesterday and Valerie the area director told me to come back today for free Chicken fries because they were out. I came back and was informed that they didn’t have any! No problem! I’ll take the chicken nuggets and I wanted my free whopper! Well, FLO decided that I didn’t deserve them. She said, well ok! And! As she dang near threw the bag in my lap and walked away from the window! I didn’t get my free whopper and she took forever. To come back with the area directors number! I will be contacting the district manager as well. I know everyone is short but, if you don’t want to work you shouldn’t be there!
This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had! She told me she’s just there to help and she doesn’t know anything about the app! Unbelievable! Again! I will be contacting the District manager!

Sitting in the drive through waiting listening to a woman talk to her coworkers because she left the mic on. We’ve been sitting here for 30 minutes blocked in by the car behind us (or we would leave). There is not a single customer in the restaurant and they have served one car in the drive through in the last 30 minutes. No way to get out and they basically are just standing around talking. Listening to them curse at their colleagues now and talking about how their nose is running like a sieve. Just wow.

Close it down till you can hire people that have a functional brain and work ethic. I sat at the drive thu for 10 minutes. No one tried to take my order or the other person's order. Fire every person working here. None of them deserve a job.

Can't understand a simple order of meat and cheese on the burger only. I'm done coming to this place and their ALWAYS getting every order wrong.

Two nights in a row, I have tried to eat at the Burger King in Hoover, Al and both nights I have been turned away. The first night I got to the store at 7:45pm, and was told they were not only out of Nuggets, but also out of buns. Then the second night I got to the store at about 7:35pm and no one would even talk to me at the drive through. They just let me sit there. When I drove around there were employees in the store and no one even acknowledged that I was even at the window. I mean if you are closed then tell me. I know they had people to work, because I saw about 4 or 5 people inside.

I honestly don’t know if this restraint is open or closed half of the time. There never anyone at this location to take my order thru drive through or walk in. This is a BRAND NEW Burger King restaurant. What in the entire #%*+ is going on in Jefferson County with this franchise?

Placed an order and pulled up. The food was crammed into one small bag so much so that to check the order would have caused a massive spill. They did not give us the chicken fries we ordered so my children did not get their order. I should have checked but not to provide food is unacceptable.

The person that they had on drive-thru had a major attitude all the way from taking the order to when I pulled up. When I pulled up I don't know what had got her so angry but she was even cussing loud enough for me to hear it. It was extremely disappointed because the attitude at that Burger King has gone downhill extremely quickly. I know they have a sign that says that they're down employees, but that still does not give them the right to lower their standards with their customer service where was the manager
