Zaxby's

GONE DOWNHILL. If I had a dollar for every time I felt ripped off after going here. Seems like it's gotten worse as of late, think I'm just gonna have to retire from Zaxby's. They give you these comically microscopic chicken fingers and it seems like they get smaller every time I go, yet the price goes up. And there's always at least 1 that's way scrawnier than the rest...that one will be so small it forces you to curse out loud. You're hungry, and you get home, open up the box, and find that one of your "chicken fingers" is like, maybe the size of your thumb. You wonder how anyone could possibly count it as a chicken finger. I bet most everyone who frequents Zaxby's has had this same experience. No mas for me.

Zaxby's used to be one of my go to places for lunch. I had gone to Zaxby's drive thru to place an order for myself and 3 co-workers upon placing the orders I was told they could only do three orders through the drive thru, this was about 2pm on Thursday 1-20-22. I ordered the food for my co-workers and after I paid I proceeded to leave the premises without any reasoning, apologizes, or explanations for this decision. I get it because of the time it takes to process the orders. But what gets me is there's no one in line behind me and there is 5 or 6 people in the kitchen area. There are a lot of fast food restaurants struggling right now, and someone trys to give you business and you reject it. You can bet this will be the last time I set foot or in this case, drive onto any of your properties. It's a shame because your food and your service is normally way above average.
