I had never tried Tonkatsu ramen, so I got that and it was amazing! It was a very generous portion for the price (I ended up taking some home) and the wait was not bad at all. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the dining area was clean, and the atmosphere was quaint and refreshing. Greatly enjoyed my experience here and can't wait to be in Birmingham again to go back!

I love this place. Great options for everyone and the quality is amazing every time I come in. I usually get a pokeboll and my husband usually builds his own sushi roll. Today we tried their rolled ice cream for the first time and is was soooo good.
The owners are so nice too. Def come try this place if you haven’t yet.

Nate and Sebastian were absolutley wonderful! I tried my first Boba tea and it was interesting! The rolled ice cream tasted great! The store was clean and cozy! We will be back!

There's not a good variety and the good lack flavor. The staff ate great but it's like the subway of sushi and ramen. I'm not a Subway fan either. The only concept that can pull off this style of dining is Blaze next door. It would be helpful to have some choices of roll types to choose instead of combining things unsure of what really will taste good. 🤷🏾♀️

This place is phenomenal. The owner, Nathan, has some of(if not the) best sushi I've had. The rolls are a perfect size for the price, the fish is fresh and great, the atmosphere is also sleek and comfortable.

This is some of the freshest and best sushi in town. Competes with expensive sushi restaurants on quality, freshness, and taste without charging crazy prices. The staff are highly professional and friendly. Everything on the menu is great. You really can’t go wrong eating at Roll Up!

Cool spot. Sushi is delicious and the idea is cool and innovative. You go in, choose your ingredients for your rolls, and they make it for you. Can also recommend to you what things dont taste good together. Prices cheap. Picked up two good size rolls for $18.

Ordered on the waitr app and was ready withing 20 min if that. Went up to the door and called the # to have it delivered to me. Had the poke bowl with a crab mix and assortment of veggies and spicy mayo sauce. It was delish and the ingredients tasted fresh. Have been back since and have never been disappointed
