Hooters

It was a Saturday night and there were large tables occupied by guests of 7 or more. Our server Maya was very attentive and made sure our drinks remained full. Our order of wings & sliders took a while to arrive they were still good. I attribute this to the large parties. I have seen other reviews of this restaurant which were not favorable. We will be back to see if they are true.

We're regulars at Hooters during our travels all across the country. We wish the menus were up to date and not offer items that have been discontinued. Also, we really wanted a refill on our drinks but the server was long out of sight, so the attendant at the bar took care of us. Still, they have some pretty good wings.

Our server was super nice, but it was her first day on the floor and she had multiple groups of 6+. The food took quite a while, but came out somewhat right... then they did last call at 8:40pm. On a Friday night. It was posted on the door, website and Google that they didn't close until 10, but maybe we missed a memo somewhere. 🤔

After 4 years , I decided to give another try to this place , i got very disappointed again. My hot wings were not done correctly. The waitresses are more worried about their phone and the guy at the patio than to take care of the costumers, i ran out of drink and it took like 15 minutes To the server to check on me because she was busy with her phone at the patio.

Anna has the worst attitude of any server I’ve ever come across in any restaurant. She needs to reevaluate her profession since it’s obvious she cannot properly engage with customers, and management should reevaluate her position within the Hooters company. She’d be best off washing dishes and not coming into contact with people if her bad attitude cannot change.

This was a carry out order. First let me say customer service was great! We Order two original wing dinner, one hot one medium and to be honest neither had any flavor at all. They were red like they had been seasoned just didn’t have any flavor Was really disappointed. It was lunchtime and they were busy but for nearly $50 I just don’t feel it was worth it. We also had the fried pickles which were very greasy and soggy ( we did open these in parking lot to snack - so not like we had a 20 minute drive home before we ate them. ) This was our first try eating here. Will give it another shot and dine in. Maybe have a better outcome. - - - - wanted to add a note. After management saw our review they did offer us to come back and they would make it right. Just haven’t been back on that side of town to try it again. Just thought you should know they do care!
